Programme overview
Each time a student or indeed your college purchases equipment through a participating distributor, points are added to your account which can be redeemed against a wide variety of free equipment and consumables.
Points earned for each purchase and the numbers of points required to claim each piece of equipment are illustrated on the ‘Rewards Sheet’
Getting started
1. Complete application form online or by downloading and posting
2. Return to Lisa Bradley, our rewards coordinator
3. We will process your application (usually within three working days)
4. Our rewards manager will contact you to discuss any individual requirements you have
5. We will generate your unique college code (both students and claiming tutors will need this code) and supply you with:
Copies of Student Price lists and Rewards sheet
A good supply of brochures
Students
When a student is ready to purchase a piece of equipment, they should consult the brochure, or talk to one of our participating dealers. As a student of a participating college, they are entitled to a host of exclusive money saving accessories which are shown on the Student Price List and Offers sheet.
Ordering is simply done by consulting one of our participating distributors, quoting the unique college code, along with the course they are doing and the free accessory they have chosen.
For the tutors
We provide a quarterly statement to you, either by post or email showing the number of points accrued within the qualifying period, along with any claims to equipment already made.
To claim free equipment, tutors should contact Lisa Bradley (not the distributor) with their college code and the items required. These will be despatched immediately and your statement updated.
